Terms & Conditions Goal55 – Platform Terms of Use Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Goal55", "us", "we" or "company" refers to Goal55 and all related entities operating the platform under the goal55.my domain.
• "Platform" refers to the goal55.my website, the Goal55 mobile app, and all related services provided by us.
• "Member" or "user" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at Goal55.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member on the Goal55 platform.
• "Funds" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in a member's Goal55 account, including actual deposits and bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to bonus funds credited to a member's account through any Goal55 promotion or offer.
• "Rollover" or "wagering requirement" refers to the total wagering amount that must be completed before bonus credits can be converted into withdrawable funds.

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the Goal55 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above only. Goal55 takes the protection of minors from gambling seriously. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be terminated immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method is only permitted to have one Goal55 account only. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is a serious breach of these terms. Goal55 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate registrations. All accounts found to be involved in multi-accounting will be terminated, and any associated funds and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information Required

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including their full name as per their MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 Geographic Coverage

The Goal55 platform is designed exclusively for members based in Malaysia. Goal55 reserves the right to restrict access from certain geographic regions based on applicable local laws and regulations.

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your Goal55 login credentials confidential. Never share your username or password with anyone, including family members. Goal55 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login information.

3.2 Account Self-Closure

Members may close their Goal55 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all real fund balances (excluding bonus credits that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

3.3 Suspension by Goal55

Goal55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of terms, bot activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Goal55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

New Goal55 members who register and make their first deposit are eligible for the Welcome Bonus. This bonus is subject to a rollover requirement 25x which must be completed within 30 days of the credit date. If the rollover is not fulfilled within the stipulated period, the bonus credits and any associated winnings will be removed.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

5.3 VIP Programme

Goal55 offers a 5-tier VIP Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) based on members' monthly betting volume. Each VIP tier comes with distinct benefits, including higher withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, a dedicated personal account manager, and priority customer support.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on the Goal55 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified by independent third-party auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, impartial, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Goal55 itself.

6.2 Technical Notices

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure affecting an ongoing game, Goal55 reserves the right to declare the affected match or round void. Any funds wagered on a voided match or round will be fully refunded to the member's account. Goal55 is not liable for any gains or losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and are indicated within the respective game interface. These limits may vary depending on the game type, the member's VIP level, and specific time periods. Goal55 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

7.1 Official Results

All sports betting outcomes on Goal55 are determined based on official results announced by the relevant governing body. For football, including the EPL and Malaysia Super League, the full 90-minute result (excluding extra time unless otherwise stated) is the basis for settling bets. For BWF badminton and esports such as MPL Malaysia, the official match result as announced by the organiser is final.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be considered void and funds returned in the following situations: a match is postponed for more than 12 hours from its original time, a match is played at a different venue that materially affects the home advantage, or a technical disruption occurs during the bet placement process.

7.3 Live Betting

Odds for live betting change in real time as the match unfolds. All accepted bets are based on the odds at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time of the initial click. If the odds difference between display and confirmation exceeds the system's tolerance threshold, the member will be notified and may choose to accept or decline the updated odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Goal55 platform and will result in immediate action, including account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software (bots) — any use of scripts, bots, or automated software to play games or place bets
• Odds arbitrage — exploiting odds differences across markets to guarantee risk-free profits
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's identity or false information
• Money laundering — using the Goal55 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
• Collusion — colluding with other members in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or abusing promotions in ways that were not intended
• Harassment or threats — threatening, harassing, or intimidating Goal55 staff or other members
• Spreading false information — spreading misleading or false information about Goal55

Goal55 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Goal55 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of unfavourable betting or game outcomes
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or events beyond our control
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access due to a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure
• Game or betting outcomes affected by the member's own internet connection issues
• Delays in transaction processing due to technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers

Goal55 is committed to responsible gaming as a moral obligation, not merely a regulatory requirement. We believe the well-being of our members matters more than any short-term commercial consideration.

10.1 Self-Control Tools Available

Continued use of the Goal55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
